Please read carefully before booking our services.

1 Introduction

Welcome to W&C Cleaning Services LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services and the contractual relationship between you (“the Client”) and W&C Cleaning. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Booking and Service Provision

  • All cleaning appointments and service requests must be confirmed with our office.
  • We commit to assigning qualified and trained staff to your property; however, we do not guarantee that the same individual(s) will attend each visit.
  • If you request additional services beyond the agreed scope (e.g. extra deep-cleaning, special treatments), these must be communicated and approved in advance.

3 Client Responsibility & Property Condition

  • As the Client, you must ensure the premises are safe, accessible, and equipped with necessary utilities (electricity, water) and clearance to allow proper cleaning.
  • If the property represents hazards — extreme clutter, obstructions, structural defects, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions — our staff have the right to refuse or suspend service. In such cases, applicable fees or cancellation charges may be applied.

4 Additional Services & Exclusions

Standard cleaning services do not include certain specialized tasks such as deep appliance interiors (e.g. ovens, refrigerators), upholstery deep-cleaning, mold remediation, hazardous waste disposal, major stain removal, or structural repairs. Such tasks are considered additional services and will require separate agreement and quotation.

5 Pricing, Payment & Cancellations

  • Service fees will be agreed upon in advance between W&C Cleaning and the Client based on the type of service requested.
  • Payment terms (advance, upon completion, or other) will be specified in the service agreement.
  • If the Client cancels or reschedules a confirmed appointment, cancellation fees or rebooking charges may apply depending on how much notice is provided.

6 Damage, Losses, and Limited Liability

  • While our staff will handle your items with care, W&C Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items, undisclosed valuables, or delicate surfaces that were not clearly communicated before cleaning.
  • If damage occurs during our service and is attributable to our staff, the Client must notify us within 24 hours in writing. We will then evaluate and, if appropriate, offer repair or compensation. Claims made after this 24-hour window may be denied.

7 Service Guarantee / Complaints

  • If you believe a portion of the cleaning was not completed as agreed, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion. In such case, we will offer a re-clean or correction — free of charge.
  • This guarantee does not cover persistent stains, residual dust that settles after cleaning, odors, or deterioration of surfaces due to normal use or wear.
  • We DO NOT provide any REFUNDS or DISCOUNTS as compensation under any circumstances.

8 Client Obligations

You, the Client, agree to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the premises.
  • Inform us of any delicate items, security systems, pets, structural or safety hazards before service.
  • If you provide keys, codes, or remote access, you acknowledge that W&C Cleaning is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of items left unattended.
  • Report any concerns or damages as soon as they are discovered, within the timeframe described above.

9 Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal data, addresses, and any sensitive information you share will be treated as confidential. Any photos or documentation made for quality control or service verification purposes will avoid capturing personal matters or private belongings.

10 Modifications to the Terms

W&C Cleaning may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes will become effective upon publication. Ongoing bookings will be honored under the version agreed at booking; new bookings will follow the updated terms.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the local laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which services are provided. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will first be addressed in good faith between both parties. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be resolved through arbitration or local legal channels, as appropriate.
