1 General Cleaning
General Areas
- Dust all surfaces (furniture, shelves, baseboards)
- Wipe & disinfect light switches and door handles
- Vacuum or sweep and mop all floors
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Tidy and organize cluttered spaces
- Spot clean walls and remove visible marks
Kitchen & Bathrooms
- Clean countertops, backsplashes, sinks and faucets
- Spot clean cabinet exteriors
- Wipe exterior of appliances
- Scrub & disinfect toilets, showers and bathtubs
- Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures
- Sweep & mop floors
2 Deep Cleaning (Includes everything from General +)
- Hand-wash baseboards and door frames
- Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
- Detailed dusting of blinds, ceiling fans, vents
- Clean inside microwave and exterior of appliances
- Clean inside cabinets and drawers (if empty)
- Deep scrub bathroom grout and fixtures
- Clean behind and under appliances (if accessible)
- Wipe interior windows and tracks
- Vacuum upholstery and under cushions
- Detailed floor cleaning (edges and corners)
3 Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Clean inside all cabinets, drawers and pantry
- Deep clean inside oven and refrigerator
- Clean inside windows and tracks
- Wash baseboards and door frames by hand
- Remove all dust and construction residue
- Deep scrub bathrooms (including grout)
- Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Vacuum and mop all floors twice
- Clean inside closets and shelves
- Final sanitization of all surfaces
4 Post-Construction Cleaning
- Remove all construction dust and debris
- Clean windows inside and out (including tracks)
- Remove stickers and labels from appliances/windows
- Dust vents, light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Clean inside all cabinets and drawers
- Deep floor cleaning and polishing
5 Commercial & Airbnb Turnover
Commercial:
- Reception, offices and common areas
- Sanitization of workstations and phones
- Kitchen/break room deep clean
- Bathroom restocking and disinfection
Airbnb Turnover:
- Full linen change and hospitality fold
- Restock toiletries and consumables
- Deep sanitization between guests
